Whereas 1000 Trees Housing Private Limited in collaboration with landowners, is in the process of undertaking the development of a Group housing project over land measuring 13.078 acres situated in Sector 105, Gurugram in accordance with the provision of License no. 127 of 2012 dated 27.12.2012 granted by the Director, Town & Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh.

And where as several individuals/persons have made bookings or entered into agreements for the allotment of unit(s) in the said Project.

And whereas the Director Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh, vide memo no. LC2648/JE(AK)/2025/15349 dated: 25.04.2025, has granted its in-principle approval for Change in Beneficial interest in favour of 1000Trees Housing Private Limited and has directed ted company to invite objections in this regard.

Accordingly, vide this public notice, objections are hereby invited from allottees/public. For that purpose a copy of the aforementioned in-principle approval dated: 25.04.2025 is available for perusal on our website, www.1000treesgurgaon.com and it can also be perused at the office of the undersigned at ATS Tower, Sector 135, Noida -201305 or at Site office or in the office of the District Town Planner (Gurugram), HSVP Complex, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana.

Objection, if any, may be submitted in the office of the District Town Planner (Gurugram), HSVP Complex, Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana, within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be construed that there is no objection to the proposed approval.
